General Terms

Profitable Pet Care is an assumed business name for Capital Critter Care Corporation, a North Carolina corporation. By placing an order with Capital Critter Care Corporation, you agree that you are legally bound by and will agree to the terms outlined on this page in addition to any written agreement you enter into with Capital Critter Care Corporation. Capital Critter Care Corporation may update this page at any time, though you will remain bound to the terms and conditions in place at the time of your order.

You agree to pay the published price for your order and authorize Capital Critter Care Corporation to charge your credit card and/or PayPal account for this amount in accordance with your cardmember agreement – including recurring monthly charges. If you initiate any charge back or credit card dispute for an order already approved and delivered to you, we reserve the right to collect any fees we incur as a result of your dispute.

Capital Critter Care Corporation may, at its sole discretion, cancel your order and refund your money entirely.

You hereby agree and consent to venue in the State of North Carolina in the event that legal action regarding this website or your order is necessary. In the event of legal action in which we prevail, you agree to pay for our attorney’s fees and costs of court. You agree that all work is performed and all benefit is received from this agreement solely in the State of North Carolina.

Work Product Ownership

Once you agree that we have completed your purchase to your satisfaction, you will have exclusive ownership of the work created, and Capital Critter Care Corporation shall not have any claim to work product ownership. In the event that Capital Critter Care Corporation refuses, cancels, or otherwise refunds your order, you will not own a license to the products purchased and may not use them under any circumstances.

Guarantees

We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, as evidenced by your formal approval, in writing. We will continue to work on your project as long as necessary until you do. If, after three attempts to remedy problems or issues you identify, you remain unsatisfied, we will cancel your order and return 100% of the purchase price paid, if requested in writing.

Once your purchase is published to your website URL, all sales are final.
